Getting back to fitness
We have developed a 5 step program for you to follow, - we will get you fit in no time. Starting back to fitness, Level two & Advanced.
Birth to 6 weeks
This is your recovery time from a natural birth 10 -12 weeks from a<br /> c-section. Take your time and wait for your doctor to sign you off ready for fitness.
Months 2 – 4
Try our Starting Back to Fitness we have all the safe exercises that you can do with your baby in a baby sling. Start off gentle and build your strength.
Months 5 – 7
You can Progress yourself on to our Level 2 Progression videos. - Once you feel stronger and ready to move on. - these are a great workout for toning, strengthening and improving your cardio fitness level and core strength...
Months 8 – 10
If your fitness is building and you want to move forward then our Advanced Level 3 is definitely for you your baby will be heavier so more resistance but you can also use resistance bands and dumbells if you want
Months 11 – 12
We have a range of workouts from Starting Back to Fitness through to Advanced for you to do without your baby so if you are enjoying exercising we can take you through your first year to get your body and mind strong
